Challenge: The Learning and Development team is struggling to keep pace with the overwhelming influx of training requests, as their resources are stretched thin, and their budget doesn't allow for the recruitment of new team members to share the workload.
Solution: I created an eLearning course to teach members of the Learning and Development team how to use ChatGPT to generate emails. This is the first course in a multi-course series to teach learners how to use AI to save them time increasing their efficiency at work.

Project Title: Loan Processing Introduction

Client: Personal Portfolio Project
Challenge: New loan borrowers often have little prior knowledge about how loans work and how they impact account borrower and lender account balances.
Solution: I created an introductory eLearning course which will familiarize new loan borrowers on how loans work. The course is a mix between video animations and interactive practice.

Client: A1 Auto Body
Challenge: Automotive paint is extremely expensive. A1 Auto Body wanted to minimize expense from paint waste by training their new hires virtually before they practice mixing paint in the shop.
Solution: I created an eLearning course which will familiarize new hires at A1 Auto Body with the supplies and materials needed to mix automotive paint. Trainees will participate in a virtual paint mixing scenario to minimize errors when mixing paint.

Project Title: Communicate Effectively in the Remote Setting

Client: IDOL Academy Personal Project
Challenge: Communication skills are vital to maximize efficiency in the workplace. Many companies have shifted or are making the shift from in person to remote or hybrid work. Employees lack the communication skills they need to be successful in the remote setting and businesses are taking a hit for it.
Solution: I've created an eLearning course to address the skill gap of written and oral communication in the remote setting including strategies to maximize the effectiveness of video calls. Improved communication skills will learn to increased productivity, improved climate and culture, and less turnover within a business, thus increasing revenue.
