Project Title: Giving Constructive Feedback

Challenge: The quality of feedback is directly related to employee performance within a workplace. Employees aren't performing to their potential because they aren't giving or being given constructive feedback.

Solution: I created an interactive instructor led training to teach employees how to be more efficient in giving feedback. This ILT includes a slide deck, facilitator guide, and participant guide (workbook).
